Ark is raising £5million to provide supportive care and services, complementary therapies and an enhanced environment in a NHS cancer treatment centre at Basingstoke hospital.

Charities play a key role in BCoT’s relationship with the local community. By partnering with Ark Cancer Centre Charity, BCoT will help to raise awareness and funds for the charity.

Mark Jones, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Ark Cancer Centre Charity, has recently become an ambassador for BCoT, helping to promote BCoT and the impact the college has on the community.

Anthony Bravo, Principal at BCoT, said: “It is an honour to go into partnership with Ark Cancer Centre Charity. BCoT is a big part of Basingstoke’s community. It is incredibly important that we support local charities in their missions which will help local residents, which include our students and their families. BCoT plans to fundraise for Ark’s Ark Day 2020 campaign this year by holding events throughout the college.
