Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital:'Came in by ambulance for severe abdominal pain. Was taken off the gurney before seeing any doctor and put in a chair and taken to the waiting room. After 2 hours in acute pain I passed out. Not one nurse came to check on me. A guy waiting helped me up and back in the chair. Was told wait time to be seen is 5-6 hours. I get they are over run but seriously not one person waiting was check on or had anything started. Pain is not a priority nor is possible rupture etc. Very unorganized and uncaring. This is my community hospital... I’m disappointed at best. And I get Covid has changed everything but they could do better. ' - Kelly

Sherman Oaks Hospital:'Sherman Oaks hospital is the worst hospital in L.A county. The doctors and nurses very uneducated. They dont know how to treat people. They are very rude and unresponsible to the patients and to patients relatives. They don’t care if the patients needs help. No matter how us the patients doing they remove oxygen and put the patients on the vantillator in order they don’t get tired and sfter a few days when the patients is already in bad condition they let them die. All doctors who work in that hospital they are monsters. I hope their parents and all family members to be treated that way how they treat the other people. The representatives who works in the reception when you ask them to talk with your patients they put you on hold and never answered. You need to call them whole day that if you are lucky somebody will answer you. I hate that hospital. Please, please dont go that hospital because if you go there they will try ti get the miney from your insurance and after you die. Thats the way they treat people????'
