Occasional Papers The LCWR Occasional Papers is a journal published by the conference that offers articles and reflections on topics pertinent to women religious leaders. Copies of back issues may be purchased by contacting Bianca Louis at blouis@lcwr.org. Occasional Papers Marshall Center Occasional Papers are a series of monographs covering a wide range of issues in the field of political-military affairs, with a strong emphasis on the topics covered in the resident courses and outreach events hosted by the Marshall Center.
