Located on the University of Warwick’s Wellesbourne Campus, the new facility is established in partnership with WMG at the University of Warwick.
The substantial facility consists of offices, workshops and laboratory space with ample space for expansion.
Business Operations
The Lotus Advanced Technology Centre is a key facility for our Lotus Engineering consultancy division allowing us to offer engineering office and workshop based services located close to our key clients in the Midlands area.
These engineering activities will continue to be supplemented and supported by our extensive capabilities and facilities at our Hethel headquarters.
We will also resource our advanced propulsion and electrification programmes from the Lotus Advanced Technology Centre, with engineering design and workshop development activities to support our growing portfolio of exciting technology projects.
Location
Around 6 miles south of Warwick and only 17 miles from Coventry, Wellesbourne campus is situated close to the historic towns of Royal Leamington Spa and Shakespeare birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is a big step forward for Lotus and our engineering consultancy. The new space, facilities and job opportunities at Wellesbourne will be in great demand as we rapidly build our portfolio of external projects. The all-electric Evija hypercar is the first new Lotus Cars product for us to deliver, with significant focus on this at Wellesbourne as we complete the project and continue to advance its technologies for our future programmes.
